Question by : What are some good paths to take to be a sports agent?
I go back to school in a few weeks and I’ve finally decided I would like an agent, preferably in sports. I’m having trouble on deciding what degree I should pursue. Is there a certain degree you need, or what? Sports? Business? Law? Public Relations? Marketing? Should I go grad school too? Thanks for the help. Any other advice would be appreciated.

A law degree would be most useful since there are contracts involved. A public relations major with business management minor for undergrad. You will need to find a summer apprentiship at some point, otherwise your will never get a break. Most sports agents are former athletes.
